BUSINESS MEETING
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12th 2008: THERE WILL BE THE SBOC
END-OF-YEAR BUSINESS MEETING & HOLIDAY LUNCHEON at THE HYATT HOTEL in
LISLE, located close to the Southeast corner of Illinois Route 53 and
I-88, address for the venue is:
Hyatt Hotel in Lisle, 1400 Corporetum Drive, Lisle, Illinois.
This “End-of-Year”
Meeting will also include the
ELECTION OF NEW OFFICERS, SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS AND NOTIFICATIONS
FOR 2009, OTHER BUSINESS MATTERS, SPECIAL RAFFLE DRAWINGS,
PRESENTATION OF SPECIAL GIFTS, FULL COURSE OF MEALS and a GOOD TIME OF
FUN AND FOR WELL-WISHES.
An SBOC
Announcement FLYER will be mailed or e-mailed to Members and
interested persons in November. But in the interim, because SEATING
IS VERY LIMITED, a temporary
SEAT RESERVATION RSVP Form can allow members and interested
persons to hold seats for the function.
For this December 12th 2008 End-of-Year Meeting, RSVP for
attendance is required to ensure correct number for meals, materials,
gifts, drawings, and raffles etc.
